增加Twikoo评论支持 加入字节跳动cdn #42

如题 对于出现问题的twikoo.jsx进行了格式修复 并加入了字节跳动的cdn

  1. 之前的PR已经被Revert了，你需要结合上一次的PR内容重新提交完整变更。
  2. 建议添加字节跳动CDN单独开一个PR。
  3. 请添加字节跳动CDN的单元测试：https://github.com/ppoffice/hexo-component-inferno/blob/master/src/hexo/helper/cdn.test.js 。并且手动检查单元测试中的链接是否能正常打开。
