Upgrade MathJax to 3.2.2 #62

There are a couple of improvements in MathJax 3. More specifically, the math equation rendering speed has been improved.

Hmm, it seems that all the URLs for MathJax 3.x.x are not accessible. But all the checks still got passed.

It seems that MathJax 3 has completely different config interface comparing to MathJax 2. Please ignore this pull request for now.
