Banner background image #161

Added the possibility to add a background image to the header. Added a second low res one, to made the layout responsive to size changes.

@jargibay I think we should leave the PR right here just in case someone needs to change the header background image. And for those who don't, it's better to keep the configuration file simple from trivial settings. Thank you for your support! Please keep me informed of your ideas.
