Subscribe widget #194

This pull request for the issue #183 which I created. The code which I have submitted can send subscription email to the email id provided, there are couple more thing that needs to done which are as follows:

  1. add other email subscription providers
  2. enhance widgets UI
    1. once subscripted should show msg like 'email sent' [done but UI enhancements requesd]
    2. error handling
    3. internationalization of the error message
