feat(core): Add preliminary support for PJAX #1287

Current state: when PJAX completed, reload the whole scripts which contains one or more functions that needs to be reloaded when a page is loaded.
Next step: when PJAX completed, only reload the functions that needs to be reloaded.

Implements #1277 Related #1269 #992 #722 #649 #507

已发现问题

[X] ~~使用 cyberpunk-theme-variant 时html {background-color:#000} 无效。~~
[X] ~~若单个页面处于不同主题时（ cyberpunk-theme-variant ）切换到该页面会导致主题不生效。~~
[ ] 若单个页面处于不同主题且未缓存样式表时（ cyberpunk-theme-variant ）切换到该页面会页面闪烁。

不存在背景色问题。我的博客引入了 Darkmode.js 以切换深色模式，我没有专门为 cyberpunk-theme-variant 配置，导致 Darkmode.js 的白色遮罩遮挡了 html {background-color:#000} 。一切正常如有发现其他问题，还请告知我。
