Hi.

How bout letting plugins decide where they want to be by _config.yml.

@ckcks12 I think plugin scripts' placement should be decided by the best practices during the plugin development, not by the users. Otherwise, it will bring unnecessary configuration complexity, and it is no better than having them to change the layout files directly.
