Beautify the footer #89

Reference Issue #88 .

@zhutmost I think we should give users the freedom to choose whatever text they want in the footer. I will consider this next time I update this theme. Maybe we should keep the footer as it is for now.

For now, I have not changed the style. (Just add an option for ICP info) Let's move to #88 to continue discussion.

I am not very satisfied with passing the text as raw html, but I don't see any other option if we want to let users defining their own links or images. For example, I use it with Font-Awesome CC icons:
