Coherence operator to have an option for removal of flat earth and topography #1

For coherence having an option (default on) for the flat earth removal and topography is recommended. In this way what is actually being processed, would be better exposed to the user.

Flat earth options should be always defaulted - coherence computed with flat earth not subtracted would not make much sense. For DEM subtraction, it is compromise, between processing time and reliability.
