Note (via @AndreaMinchella): Coarse coregistration shall allow optional oversampling of estimation windows by factor of 2.

Context: Current implementation does not allow oversampling on the coarse estimation level. Users should be allowed to optionally oversample estimation windows, only by factor of 2.
