Include critical baselines information in InSAR overview #18

There's additional requirement, by @AndreaMinchella for listing the critical perpendicular baseline in the overview table.

I am not sure that this information, if listed in the overview table, would really add much. The table is already very bus, and this information is constant for every mission / sensor / mode.

Perhaps the better option is explore ways to list these values directly in the operator UI, next or above to the overview table. The critical values can be displayed in red, or some other color. I think this would be a better option, than adding this static info to already busy table.
