Amplitude Simulation operator triggers UI errors when executed via GraphBuilder #24

When Amplitude Simulation operator is chained and executed via Graph builder, the following error (see screenshot) is triggered.

The problem is also present with Subtraction of Reference DEM operator, that builds on the same UI code as Simulated Amplitude. However, the error is triggered only when operators are executed via graph builder.
