Interferogram operator is not subtracting flat earth when processing stacks #9

When processing stack the flat earth phase is not subtracted, while when doing it pair to pair the interferograms are good.

(Reported by Amotz Yagev on NEST forum, on May 23rd, and confirmed on June 13th)

I cannot reproduce this problem. Further investigation and debugging needed. Perhaps problem exposes itself only on the specific number of slave images in the stack.
