Open multiple projects in one window. #42

Probably getting there eventually, but the sooner the better since go is 
package centric and I usually end up having to open around 5 windows to work on 
different packages simultaneously.

LiteIDE in not open project status, open multiple file, if the switch file, 
then build switch to the file belongs to project. 

project1 -> a1.go b1.go Makefile
project2 -> a2.go b2.go Makefile

liteide open multifile a1.go, a2.go, b1.go, b2.go , not open any project
editor switch to a1.go or b1.go -> build switch to project1 Makefile
editor switch to a2.go or b2.go -> build switch to project2 Makeifle
