Vector-based application icon? #89

So, I fired up LiteIDE X, tweaked the settings and tried to get to know it 
better. Once set up it's actually quite nice! It runs very quickly and looks 
pretty nice. One thing bothered me, though. The twisted Yin-Yang icon seemed 
fun, but it was blurry and didn't display very well on my system.

I simply made my own in SVG format, and then I figured maybe you guys want it? 
I wasn't sure whichever license you want to use. GNU Public Lesser, I suppose? 
In any case I wrote "Public Domain" in the file, and you may change it to 
whatever you like in case you want to use it. Please feel free to modify it as 
you like.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
X 18.1 Linux (Ubuntu 13.04)

Not sure if this contribution really belongs in the issue list, but I do like 
this guy's icon.

I notices the original icon had white on top, while the one I submitted had 
black, so I switched it around. I attached the result.
