feat: generate thumbnails for resumes list page #10

Description

We would like to show thumbnails to resumes in /dashboard page.

[Optional] Possible solutions

react-pdf-viewer supports generating thumbnail: https://react-pdf-viewer.dev/plugins/thumbnail/
if react-pdf-viewer is not working then we have to use backend to generate thumbnails and return the thumbnail as part of the API response for GET /resumes

Acceptance Criteria

user should be able to see resume thumbnails in /dashboard page

- [ ] check react-pdf-viewer's thumbnail plugin
- [ ] implement the logic with either react-pdf-viewer or backend latex
