bug: reduce the delay when adding new items to section #14

Description

When click AddNewItemButton to resume sections, there is a 5 seconds delay.

To Reproduce

Just click AddNewItemButton to add some items to resume sections and you will see the delay.

Actual Behavior

There's a 5 seconds delay when adding items to resume sections.

Expected Behavior

The new items to resume sections to be rendered immediately in UI and then saved in backend.

Additional Context

the root cause is the debounce handling in SectionShell.

Bug fixed though there are still some data consistency issues. Will fix the data consistency issues later on.
