feat: export resume data as JSON #16

Description

User should have 100% full control for his data and thus we would like to enable user to download the exported data for all of his resumes.

[Optional] Possible solutions

https://jsonresume.org/ is a very good reference to data export format

Acceptance Criteria

user should be able to export and download his resumes
