feat: support keywords input for work section items #3

Description

Similar to courses input in Education section, it would be good to add a Keywords input for work section items, where users can add some tech stack buzzwords there, which would be pretty helpful for recruiters to filter resumes quickly.

Add Keywords input for work section items, use MultiSelect component.
