feat: customize color scheme for template

Description

We would like to provide options for users to adjust color theme for PDF output, i.e, some of the dividers (latex moderncv provide such dividers and color options) in pdf could adopt different colors.

• A reference implementation could check rxresu.me

Acceptance Criteria

• user should be customize colors if the latex template support it
