feat: toggle section visibility for resume form input

Description

We would like to give user options to show/hide a section when generating PDF.

[Optional] Possible solutions

• backend modal should support some layout config to store various configurations about UI and sections.

Acceptance Criteria

• User should be able to toggle on/off one sections.
