make raw html working #57

First of all, thanks for building IElixir! This is a great tool to write elixir notebooks. When I tried with raw HTML output with :"this is raw html", I found it didn't work. So sending this PR to fix it. I'm not familiar with jupyter notebook messaging system, so if this is not an efficient or good solution, please point it out.

Here is the result in my local environment:
