GAMLSS - sigma parameter #8

Currently using the prediction of the sigma parameter as the std deviation for the prediction of the GAMLSS model - flawed, not clear if there is an issue at code level or design level but in examples GAMLSS_sigma doesn't look appropriate.

Sigma parameter of GAMLSS is not equivalent to the std in some scenarios
the magnitude of the data matters
- recommend standardizing the data
