Score not submitting when internet cuts off mid-map

I was playing a good play recently, and while playing my internet cut off. After I was done with the map, it said that it will try to resubmit. It also said that where the profile normally displays stats (bottom middle in song select). Around 3 minutes after I finished the map (I was in the song selection since the map ended), the internet turned on again. The score did not submit, and the profile box returned to the normal status when connected to the internet. I can see the score on the local rankings of the map (and am able to export the replay), but not on the Friend-, Country- or Global-Rankings. It is also not shown on the website. I never had such issues with that certain map earlier, and I've never experienced internet outage mid-map before.

Are logs from previous sessions stored somewhere or is it like a "i-have-to-wait-until-it-happens-again"-case?

If you haven't restarted the game they will be there.

The Issue just occurred again, it didnt submit a failed score to the API while the internet was off, but submitted a different failed score in a map where the internet turned back on mid-map. This time the affected map was https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/1312343#mania/2719893. Which logs do you need (auth/runtime/session/update)?
