Update Ukrainian localization in osu-stable. #1032

We have been trying to get a localization update since 2015. But for some reason, we still have barely 10% of game translated on Ukrainian. I think it costs to you nothing to update 133 Kb static file on server but we will be so grateful.

the cost is a time one, it's not as simple as updating a single static file, and the process is convoluted.

once i do it for one language i will get requests for 10 more, that's just how this works.

i'll see what i can do but no promises. if you want to help out, please make sure the lazer and osu-web localizations are completed.

We were just about to translate the wiki and also to correct errors in the existing translation of the site (of which there are many) as well as to correct and complement the translation of the lazer, because there are also quite a few errors although the translation is 100% complete.

Thanks for the response, and I hope that we will come to a solution to the situation.
