Scrolling through my song list pops up the full process of beatmaps request

I've had an issue the last month or so wherein I'll be scrolling my beatmaps looking for something to play, or hitting what feels like any key a repeated amount of times, then out of nowhere, I get the "you've requested a full process of your beatmaps, proceed?" notification. then when I hit cancel, it picks a random map from my entire library, losing my place in my songs selection and going to a 1 star map I didn't want.

This is incredibly annoying to put up with since it appears to have a 65-70% chance of happening for every press of my keys or song selection I make. If I'm being completely honest, it has cause a loss in motivation to play almost entirely due to its frequency, so a solution or fix for this would be highly appreciated.

I have a (probably) related issue. I also get the "you've requested a full process of your beatmaps, proceed?" message when scrolling through status=n (not submitted) beatmaps and trying to select one of the maps which I deleted recently, that randomly reappear even after deletion. The map (not mapset) disappears afterwards, but I also get teleported to a random place in song selection, I assume because the selected map doesn't exist and can't be selected. Because it's not the entire mapset I can scroll back to where I was and try to click the same mapset again, repeating the same procedure until the mapset entirely disappeared. Unfortunately, I don't have a video cause I scrolled through the entire status=n songs to make the shadow maps disappear. If they reappear I will post a video. EDIT: Restarting osu made 57 shadow maps reappear, note the map count shrinks by 1 and I get teleported to a map that is ranked (not fitting filter criteria)
