Preview point set on the editor is not matching the preview point in song select #1224

I'm sending a beatmap where this reproduces. Robert Miles - Children (Dream Version).zip

Notice that the Preview Point is set to 05:02:313 which is way past the drop (~2 beats later), but on the song select, it's actually playing from 05:01:000 which sounds nice.

It'll be VBR related. There's not much that can be done here unless you want to use CBR. But be careful not to double-compress.
