osu! crashes whenever i add a video to my beatmap #1238

whenever i tried to add a video to my beatmap, it gives me the error " this ." i have already tried running the updater, and still same results.

Upload/post the logs folder from inside your osu! installation directory.

High bitrates and some unsupported encodings can cause this problem. You cant try using a video with the following specifications Codec: x264 Bitrate: 1000kbps ~ 1500kbps Format: flv or avi (don't use mp4) Resolution: 1280x720 (from ranking criteria)
