No notification about message recipient being offline #240

With the introduction of message forwarding to the website it is no longer transparent whether the person you're writing is online or not as the notification about the recipient being offline is no longer being shown in case they are indeed offline. Having to repeatedly check through F9 whether your chat partner is still online (or writing "hey you still there?!?") if they take a bit longer to answer is rather annoying.

Furthermore with the website counter still counting the messages they already received, it is highly likely that they will just clear the notifications when they login to the website the next day without reading what you sent them after they went offline. As a result it is nigh impossible to tell whether messages you sent were read or not if there's no immediate response. This makes for especially meh interaction with brief disconnects.

There should be a new notification telling you that the recipient is offline but the message will be forwarded to the website chat. Once the notifications on the web work properly this should make for an overall satisfying solution.

Notifications on web-side are being fixed today. I'll consider an offline notice of some kind but it's not an overly simple one.
