x265 (HEVC) video crashing osu

So I have a map that I want to have a video, but when I add it and try to watch it, it shows and the right bottom corner "blah-blah dll files missing, update osu w" and then crashes. The difference in size is quite big. video.mp4 - HEVC, video2.mp4 - AVC.
