Unable to sign in on website #11289

I am unable to sign in to the osu! website to download beat maps. I have tried signing in on different browsers on different days but the verification never loads in to allow me to sign in. Attached is a screenshot of what i keep seeing. IMG_7879

You probably hit a rate limit after sending in too many requests (e.g., trying and failing to login multiple times). These usually only last a few minutes; however, it isn't uncommon to wait an hour or more. If enough time has passed and you still cannot login, you should probably email support: support@ppy.sh.

Hi, yes I did that. I’ve tried multiple times over multiple days with days in between attempts. I contacted support and they told me to leave a github comment so developers could look at it.

apparently one of the common reasons for that error is incorrect system clock
