Banned players are still shown on the Friends list #3625

@nekodex was this one intentional? i forget what conclusion we came to at the time. i think we decided to hide and show a message at the bottom of the page "x users are currently hidden due to issues with their accounts. click here to remove all hidden users" or similar.
