Mods in a diff moved to another diff when added. #5210

I say, i made a GD for this beatmap https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/1046562#osu/2216528 , which is Nsaloo's Hard, but when the beatmap creator added it, the mods that were in Peaceful Wind (Top Diff) moved to my GD mentioned before. How do we fix this?

Did you rename / remove difficulties?
