osu!mania offset issues with OpenGL renderer #23126

Bug description

Automatic option selects OpenGL (Legacy) that makes my game run in like 30 fps, but I have no issues with accuracy. OpenGL option makes offset random per play so I have issues with accuracy, but it runs smooth.

I noticed that its randomized by game start. Restarting game several times solves the issue
