Trying to switch Fullscreen mode causes osu! to freeze and then crash. #25811

Bug description

I just switched the graphics mode to fullscreen and that happens, should be self-explanatory. Same goes with windowed or borderless.

I've given the trace submitted by @Gamingzone123 with the same issue as above a 15-minute once-over but nothing useful or conclusive in there as far as I can tell. I'll look again but it basically just appears that it died on creating the swapchain and that's it.

It seems pretty clear cut that there is some issue with trying to create a tearable swapchain, but I cannot honestly tell whether it is programming error on our side to be rectified in veldrid, or a driver deficiency. Card vendor is a miss (reports from AMD and Nvidia), specific OS version is a miss. So I dunno.
