Cursortrail does not expand even if CursorExpand is set in skin.ini #27135

Bug description

On stable, if CursorExpand is set to 1 in skin.ini, both the cursor and the cursortrail will expand upon clicking. In lazer, only the cursor expands but not the cursortrail.

Please attach or link your skin. It sounds like the configuration file may be weird.

generic rafis hddt skin, i'm sure it's probably like 90% of the skins you guys get sent for things like this

I see. This is gonna be a small pain to implement (requires shader changes).
