2 weeks ago I think it changes when you go frame by frame, #28677 mentioned it but they didn't seem to realize that it was permanent.

Bug description
I was testing the Strict Tracking mod for another bug report (#29371) when I found that the replay started displaying a miss that wasn't there. I've only tested on ST so it could be a problem with the mod, it could also be related to (#28677).
These videos were taken one after the other, without leaving the replay viewer.
