ctrl key not working as dash keybind for osu!catch #30039

Bug description

ctrl key isnt working as keybind for dash in osu!catch mode as seen in the video provided. this key is located just below the shift button which is the default making it a common alternate keybind for players. i see that there are other related issues like #29803 and #29491 brought up here before but i believe this is a necessary fix for osu!catch specifically given how common this keybind is.

For now, you can unbind/rebind "Hold for HUD" as that is the conflicting keybind.

This is similar to closed issue https://github.com/ppy/osu/issues/19362, but that was fixed a different way. Leaving this open as we may want gameplay keybindings to take priority after all.
