Weird behavior on window resize #30486

Bug description

When I resize the window, everything is drawn at wrong place until I move the window. Look at the bottom and right sides of window

i can't reproduce this because i use linux + hyprland... ok then

testing on my iPad, but it seems to work. Maybe it's a windows only issue.

if you watch carefully at the bottom and right sides of the window, you can see it affects more than just the toolbar
