Describe the new feature: when you go out of pause to gameplay on Android game should give some time after resuming like quick countdown

or more better, an option for enabling cooldown after resuming and a slider bar for setting how much it takes, won't be that longer (maybe limited to 3s)

probably catch/taiko/mania should get similar countdowns on all platforms
