osu!catch slider droplets are not generated properly #6184

For specific BPM/snapping(<150/300), no droplet will be produced between the last part of the slidertick and the sliderend. This applies to reverse sliders as well.

Same as 24, if a fix was made for this, it would only affect maps edited past the fix date (for the sake of leaderboard integrity) so I'm not sure how valuable it would be. Probably better to wait for lazer here.

It's good to implement it in lazer first. As a catch mapper I strongly suggest this issue be fixed so it'll keep mapping of the sliders consistent.

Note that as this affects diffcalc and ranking, it should not be addressed until we have support for versioning.
