osu!mania colours could be improved #6498

Describe the new feature: Right now the osu!mania notes have a color scheme that is too magenta/blue and which doesn't look good. So I will be suggesting a different color scheme. Proposal designs of the feature: These colors are based on the Material Design color scheme, but they can be changed to something similar. Magenta should be replaced with a red that is slightly magenta: like #ff1744 Green should be replaced with a green that is slightly cyan: like #00e676 Blue is good as it is: like #00b0ff

The proposed one seems too bright, maybe we could dim it a bit..?

I've already been through mania design changes with @arflyte and I believe he already has a new colour palette in mind. take ones provided here likely won't be used but i'll leave this issue open to track the task.
