Describe the new feature: The title says it. Make a new type of spinner: one that can only be turned in one direction Proposal designs of the feature:(Ideas)

Make the mapper decide the direction
Make it so the first pixel that you move while holding it determines the direction

If it's a part of the beatmap it could be an interesting gameplay mechanic in places. If it's just user-determined I'm not sure I see the point. Would definitely have to include visual cues to indicate spinning direction.
