DB System #11

Need to set up the database and populate it with sample model information.

MySQL has been currently set up as the primary DB system. However, after inserting sample data generated by the Smart Citizen Kit, the read/write performance of the database is going to be assessed against a NoSQL DB (such as CouchDB or MongoDB, for instance), to aid the final decision regarding data store.

The _Mongo DBMS_ is going to be used for the project as after thorough testing it proved to be more suitable for the system's needs.
