Failure of Windows-2019 #38

The run for Windows-2019 fails in our CI: https://github.com/pqc-thunderbird/rnp-dev/actions/runs/5276685366/jobs/9543728761

Currently we have no clue why.

@ni4 Do you have an idea where we need to look?

@falko-strenzke Hm, looks quite mysterious to me. It doesn't look like something which could fail at all. As I understand re-running doesn't help?

At last the last run of the windows-native CI job was now all green, so I am closing this issue.
