Disable internal keyboard doesn't working after I upgrade macOS to 10.14.6 #1946

Although I chosen my external keyboard HHKB Professional for one of selected devices, the internal keyboard still not disabled. I think it works before. The only thing I remember is that I have upgrade my macOS version then it doesn't working for now.

I have used version 12.6.0 to test disable internal keyboard function. It works well!
