HHKB mac left_control does not work with Karabiner-Elements #2266

Dear contributors.

Environment

MacBook Pro 13 in 2019 model
macOS Catalina version 10.15.4
Installed HHKB device driver

Issue

Left_control key does not working with Karabiner-Elements. (When Karabiner-Elements is not working, left_control does work)

Please give me some advice to fix this issue. I am so confused with this situation.

Sorry... Does not work means "left_control" recognized as a "escape" button.
