I see that there are some new beta versions, including the latest ‘Karabiner-Elements-13.3.7.dmg’ but I don’t see anything about what it changes/improves.

I did see that, but it hasn’t been updated for awhile so I didn’t know if there was another place to look or not.

I'll add any major changes. So far I'm continuing to make minor improvements in the process of finding a way to work around the macOS issue on M1, but I haven't seen any visible results.
