Coolermaster SK621 keyboard not being remapped when on Bluetooth #2769

Most of the time I used my SK621 keyboard connected via a USB cable with KE setup to remap the left option and command keys, and the application key to mouse 3. That all works fine.

But if I unplug the keyboard and go Bluetooth to connect to the Mac, the add in the mappings again (because KE sees it as a different device), the mappings don't work at all.

I've tried wiping and re-entering the mappings, restarting KE, turning the keyboard off and on. But KE never remaps the keys.
