Karabiner Ignores Specific Modification After Reinstall #2995

Hi, I recently reinstalled most of my software through Brew to make management easier. After uninstalling and reinstalling Karabiner-Elements, a specific complication no longer works, being Control + Click -> Left Click (instead of right click). Despite re-installation through Brew, through the standard package, re-authing everything and resetting configs, absolutely nothing has made this functionality resume. It does not work on either my external keyboard or the built in one.

I'm on macOS Big Sur (11.6.3), Intel Mac (Late 2014 MBP 15 inch)

Heyo! Sorry I just saw this. I'm now on a new Mac and this issue is still persistent. I'm on Karabiner Elements 14.3.0, macOS Monterey 12.2.1, and an M1 Pro 2021 MBP.
