Karabiner-EventViewer doesn’t detect Logitech mouse tilt wheel. #3312

Hi,

OSX Big Sur 11.7.1 , Karabiner 14.10.0

I’d have mapped Logitech M590 button 3 > F5, 4 > page_down and 5 > page_up, with Simple Modifications, but I can’t map tilt wheel left > back, tilt right > forward, as Karabiner-EventViewer doesn’t detect tilt wheel at all.

The mouse is OK (also M705 gives the same result), tilt wheel works fine with USB Overdrive/Steermouse.

How to make it work?

I experience the same problem. Sonoma 14.1.2, Karabiner 14.12.0, M590.

Same to me, Sonoma 14.6.1, karabiner 15.0.0 , Elecom Deft Pro, I need to use mouse wheel tilt left and right but Karabiner EventViewer can not detect these two event. How to ? Thank you.

It shows tilting as scroll wheel X axis changes for me just fine. Notice that you need to have the mouse cursor over the "mouse area" box for mouse events to be shown.

Now trying to figure out how to map it to something useful.
